#Progression
You earn XP from every song you finish. XP raises your level, and levels unlock new looks for Miko and the highway. Most of the wardrobe is open from the start. Thirteen rewards are earned along the way.
#XP
XP per run = 2 × successful hits + grade bonus
- A successful hit is any Perfect, Great, Good or Bad. Misses give no XP.
- Grade bonus: SS 350 · S 300 · A 200 · B 100 · C 50 · D 20.
- A failed run still gives the hit XP, but no grade bonus.
- First-clear bonus: your first cleared song ever gives a one-time +400 XP.
- XP is awarded on the results screen, never mid-song. Practice runs and runs with modifiers earn XP too.
Example: a B clear with 100 successful hits = 200 + 100 = 300 XP.

Thanks to the first-clear bonus, your first cleared song unlocks the Witch. At about 300 XP per three minutes of ordinary Easy/Normal play, the later rewards arrive roughly every 9-12 minutes, and the whole timeline takes about two hours. Dense charts and high grades are faster; failed runs and long breaks are slower. No reward needs a full combo or a streak.
Free from the start: Candy Neon notes, Neon receptors, Song scenery world, and every outfit not in the table above.
When you unlock something, the results screen shows a reward card with a preview. Try it on equips it and opens the wardrobe. Earning your first new outfit also earns the Moonlit Makeover achievement.
